SRK held at Mumbai airport

Shahrukh Khan’s London and Holland trip with his family proved too pricey for him. On landing at Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, he was stopped by the custom officials for carrying excess baggage. He was released ony after paying custom duty of Rs 1.5 lakh.

He was stopped for interrogation while his family was allowed to go home. Only after extensive investigation and paying a hefty custom duty, King Khan was allowed to go home.

King Khan and his family have done excess shopping and they retuned back with 20 baggage.  He was treated like any general public and was not provided any special treatment.  

An eyewitness says, "The customs treated Khan, no differently than other passengers. They didn't give him any special treatment. He wasn't even allowed to make a phone call."

Customs commissioner, P M Govande confirms, "Yes, he was interrogated but it is a routine thing. Whenever people bring stuff they have to pay duty on it.

It was nearly R 1.5 lakh and the interrogation took time because he was carrying a lot of stuff."

Saif and Kareena's marriage on Valentine's Day

Speculation is ripe that Saifeena will tie the knot on the Valentine’s Day in 2012. The duo will exchange rings on the same day itself. Though the duo is tight-lipped about their coming wedding, the couple has been discussing marriage with close ones.

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor are going steady and steady with their relationship for amny years and they are very desperate to walk down the aisle but the only thing that is coming along their way is their career.

Kareena is in her best phase of her career. She has couple of promising projects lined up for release and looking forward to it eagerly. But the beautiful actress has not signed any new films and this throws a signal that now she wants to give a small break to her acting career and enjoy married life.

Whereas, Saif is also quickly wrapping up his highly awaited project ‘Agent Vinod’. The couple is believed to make an official announcement about their wedding during the press conference of ‘Agent Vinod’.

Yuvraj and Neha -a hot couple

The new hottest couple who is currently hitting the headlines is cricketer Yuvraj Singh and actress Neha Dhupia.  After splitting-up with squash player Ritwik Bhattacharya, Neha has moved on. She found a new friend and well-wisher in Yuvraj. The duo meets very often and their movement throws a signal that they are more than friends.

"They get along well. Neha is quite into sports herself. But they are just friends; I don't think Neha is looking at getting into a relationship yet, although they do make a good pair," said a friend of the actress.

Neha and Yuvi communicate via twitter and also at times get naughty. He tweeted, “Did you shake your biscuit” (a line from a song in ‘Delhi Belly’).

Neha sportingly replied, “Bhaag Bhaag DK Bose.”

A source close to the cricketer said, “Yuvi hates speculation about his personal life and decided to stop talking about it altogether.”

Well, in the past one and a half year Yuvraj Singh have dated dozen of actresses  it is possible that Neha is one among them.

Bipasha is dating Shahid Kapoor

Rumor is ripe that the sultry actress Bipasha Basu is dating none other than Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor. These days Bips is keeping very happy and seems to be enjoying her new found friend’s company very much.

A source said, “For over a month now, Bipasha has been talking about a very sweet guy in her life. She`s been telling friends that he`s an eligible young man and has been showering her with gifts and some much-needed attention. She`s been gushing to her friends about how ‘sweet and affectionate’ he is. Bips maintains that while they are not serious yet, he`s been wooing her persistently and she`s basking in the warmth of his adoration.”

Now the question is how the two get to know each other when they have not done any films together.  So here’s is the man who introduced Shahid to Bipasha. He is Shahid`s trainer, Abbas. Shahid is a fitness freak and so is Bipasha and this is the common bonding subject between the two.

“Obviously they are only just getting to know each other, so Bips doesn`t want to jinx it by talking openly about Shahid,” added the source.

Recently, Shahid threw a small party with only few friends and Bips was the only elite among his guests.

When asked, Bipasha claims she hardly knows Shahid. His spokesperson on the other hand says, “They are friends, just as he is friends with other people in the industry. The news of them dating is untrue.”

The super-hit Munnabhai and Circuit Jodi is back again

After the super duper success of the first and the second series of Munnabhai, Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi Jodi is back with Rajkumar Hirani’s new flick, ‘Munna Bhai Chale Amerika’. The director confirmed that he is working on the script and as soon as he finishes working on it, he will start the shooting.

He said, "I am writing it and will direct it as and when the script is ready."

Rubbishing all rumors about the third series of the flick being stalled, a source while talking to a daily said, "Hirani has been working on the Munnabhai script with his writer Abhijat Joshi in the US and they will soon declare the film. They are planning to go ahead with the film in February next year with Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi while the leading ladies are still to be decided."

Munnabhai and Circuit a created a new chapter of laughter with ‘Munnabhai M.B.B.S’ and ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’. Hope, their combination works again.

Katrina Kaif to romance Ranbir Kapoor again

After splitting up with Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif has moved on in life. She has not hesitation in sharing screen space with her ex-lovers. She has signed film with Salman Khan and also ready to star opposite Ranbir Kapur for Ayan Mukherjee’s next flick.

Ayan is a very good friend of Ranbir and Katrina and hence they agreed to forget the past and concentrate on the future.

A source close to the actress said, "Katrina has consented to star in the fim. However, she is yet to sign the dotted line. It has been a long time now. Katrina has put her relationship with Ranbir behind her. She is ready to move on.”

"Katrina is totally focused on work now. She is back to being her usual happy and chirpy self. Life doesn't stop due to breakups. Why shouldn't she work with Ranbir?" further added the source.

Though Ayaan is well aware of their break-up, he is determined to rope Kat opposite Ranbir as he feels Kat only suits the role. However, he also considered Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma for the role but Kat was his top most priority. He has written the script keeping Kat and Ranbir in mind. The film will be directed by eminent filmmaker, Karan Johar.

Priyanka to do a cameo for SRK's Ra-One

Shahrukh Khan is leaving no stone unturned to give his highly anticipated film, ‘Ra-One’ a star studded look. He has now roped Priyanka Chopra and Sanjay Dutt to do a cameo for the movie. Shahrukh likes Sanju Baba’s bald look in ‘Agneepath’ and he asked him to do a special appearance for his movie. King Khan looked upon Sanjay as his elder brother and so when he approached Sanjay for the small cameo, he readily agreed.

Priyanka Chopra shared screen space with Shahrukh Khan in ‘Don’ and has also done an item number with him in ‘Billu’. SRK feels that Priyanka is a great actress and she has got a lot of talents. Priyanka is more than happy to accept his proposal.

Both Priyanka and Sanjay are shooting for Karan Johar’s ‘Agneepath’ and being the best buddy of Shahrukh, Karan gave the two stars two days off from his shooting schedule.
